How do our availability systems work?

At Lifone, we do everything we can to ship the iPhone you choose in the exact color you selected when placing your order . Color is part of the phone's overall aesthetic, and we know it's important to many customers.
However, depending on arrivals and available stock, certain specific situations may arise.

85% of the time: you receive exactly the color you chose

In the vast majority of orders – about 85% – we have precisely the requested color in the selected aesthetic condition (Good, Perfect or Premium).
In these cases, the shipment is direct and you receive the iPhone according to your preferences.

When the chosen color is not available

More rarely, the requested color may temporarily be unavailable in the same condition as the one you ordered. This may be due to:

limited stock available on certain shades,
with varying arrival times,
to a strong demand for specific colours (Midnight, Rose, Starlight, Product Red, Graphite, Blue, etc).

Rather than delaying your order or shipping you a device that does not meet your aesthetic expectations, we apply a simple and transparent policy.

We offer you another color in the same aesthetic condition.

If the exact color is not in stock when your order is processed, we will contact you to offer an alternative color , but always:

in the same aesthetic condition (Good, Perfect or Premium),
conforming to your model,
tested and controlled according to Lifone criteria.

✔ Your agreement is essential

No changes will be made without your approval.
You are free to accept the proposed alternative color or request another solution.

Why might this happen?

Every iPhone we sell is a unique device:
There is no mass production by color as there is for a new product.
Our stock levels depend exclusively on:

iPhones that we buy back,
of their aesthetic condition,
of their original color,
of their availability at the time of order processing.

Some colours become rarer over time or arrive in limited quantities, which may require occasional adjustments.
