Lifone offers the consumer, having purchased any product of the smartphone and tablet type, Apple and Android, on the platform www.lifone.store , a 24-month warranty. The term "consumer" refers to any natural or legal person who has purchased products offered on www.lifone.store for their own use, excluding the possibility of using the warranty if the product has been sold to a third party. Lifone guarantees the customer that the product purchased on its platform is free from material and technical problems as well as manufacturing defects not indicated or described in the advertisement.
The warranty contract takes effect and runs from the date of purchase indicated on the Lifone invoice. It will end 24 months after its date of acquisition. The warranty is valid on all products that have been purchased on the website www.lifone.store
The consumer can exercise the warranty right by informing Lifone via an email to support@lifone.store. The consumer must report the faults of the product concerned without exceeding a period of 15 days between the discovery of the error (its reporting) and the shipment to Lifone. If it exceeds this period, it must restart a new return procedure! The customer has 3 days upon receipt to report a breakage problem (broken glass) during transport. The consumer must explain the context that occurred during the technical problem noted.
Services under warranty
As a priority, Lifone repairs the product. If this is not possible, or at the express request of the customer, Lifone will replace the product.
In the case of a replacement, the defective product is replaced by a product of similar quality (same manufacturer, same condition at the time of the warranty, possibility of changing the color if the color was unavailable). If the product in question is no longer manufactured or is unavailable, Lifone reserves the right to offer the consumer a product of higher quality.
Lifone reserves the right to refund in the event that repair and replacement are not possible. Lifone will keep the defective product and refund the product.
Return under warranty
In case of problems with a product covered by the warranty, the customer must contact Lifone customer service by email or telephone:

If the problem cannot be solved remotely, and the problem found is a priori covered by the warranty, the customer service team will open a procedure for returning the defective product. If the technical problem is encountered within the first thirty days following receipt of the device, Lifone will send the customer a prepaid return slip with which the product can be returned once packaged and well protected. Beyond this, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the product, the consumer then receives an email message on the condition of the product and the option chosen (repair, replacement or refund). In the case of a refund, a bank identity statement is requested from the consumer. The customer has 7 days after sending his request to ship his product, otherwise the customer must restart a return procedure!
In case of inability to travel for medical reasons, Lifone will send a courier for collection (chronopost or other carrier) at the customer's place of residence. Transport and shipping cannot be carried out without the prior agreement of Lifone. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product is still under manufacturer warranty or the problem is covered by a warranty program, it is recommended to go to the manufacturer first to obtain support. In the event of failure of the latter, if the warranty conditions are applicable, Lifone will take charge of the product.
Conditions and exclusions
The prerequisite for the validity of this warranty is proper use of the product and application of the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. Examples of improper use are:
• Damage due to water, extreme heat, fire.
• Breakage of the screen, panel, shell or significant impact on the device causing damage.
• Installation of non-approved manufacturer software (including applications, etc.)
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of the phone and consumables are not guaranteed.
• Slight variations in the product that do not impact the use of the product.
• Beyond 80% capacity, the battery is not replaced.
• Product defects caused by the installation of software not authorized by the manufacturer
• Less than 3 white pixels on the screen.
• Any visible physical damage to the product: screen; camera. Screen breakage is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is no longer valid in the following cases:
• The opening or repair of any part by the consumer, by a company other than the manufacturer or a company which is not a partner of Lifone.
• Damage (e.g. marks on the casing) caused intentionally to the device.
• Damage to the device, which indicates improper use.
• Damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters.
• Products returned with codes (iCloud or gmail account for example).
Products not guaranteed
If a defect is found and is not covered by the warranty conditions, the cost of return transport is borne by the consumer. In addition, the consumer must bear the labor costs due to the expertise on the product. If the consumer is informed about the non-applicability of the warranty and the latter wishes to proceed with the repair, the latter will also have to bear the cost of spare parts and labor costs.
